How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free for orders over $100 CAD, and standard rates for all other orders.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 48 hours. Standard shipping can be expected in 4-8 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
The usual suspects: all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer accelerated checkout using Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES - CANADA ONLY.
What’s your return policy?
If your order didn’t work out, you can send it back within 30 days of purchase. We just ask that the items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with the hang tags (if applicable) still on. We will refund the merchandise price you paid to the original form of payment. (Note: Shipping fees are not refundable).
What if my items are damaged?
If something’s not right, let us know at hello@vegaxo.com, and we’ll make it up to you ASAP.
How do I return an item?
Not 100% satisfied? Email hello@vegaxo.com, and we’ll provide you with the info to print a postage-paid return label.
How do I exchange an item?
We know that buying online doesn't always work out the first time. If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size, color or item, please return the item(s) you wish to exchange and place a new order for the replacement items. If you used a discount code for your original order, shoot us an email at hello@vegaxo.com, and we will honor it for your new order. If you would like to exchange an item that was received as a gift, email us at hello@vegaxo.com, and we will send you a discount code for the merchandise price of the return.
How much does return shipping cost?
We offer one free return per order. Shoot us an email at hello@vegaxo.com, and we’ll provide you with the info to print a postage-paid return label.

What countries do you ship to?
Outside of Canada, we currently ship to the U.S. We're looking forward to expanding our shipping destinations in the future. If you live in a country we currently don't ship to and would like to order, send us a message and we'll assess if we can trial a shipment to your country.
How much does shipping cost?
International shipping (outside Canada & U.S.) is a flat fee of $40 CAD for all orders.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 48 hours. Once you receive your tracking number, your shipment can be expected in 4-10 business days.
Can I get my order faster?
Not at this time. We currently do not offer expedited shipping on international orders.
What is your return policy? (Currently U.S.)

Return shipping costs can vary. Please be advised that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
How do I exchange an item? (Currently U.S.)

Will any duties or taxes be assessed? (Currently U.S.)
Customs, duties, and taxes are strictly enforced, and are not included in the order amount at checkout. These will be assessed upon delivery by the shipping carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient. In the event your package is either returned to sender or abandoned, the duties due on the package and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund.
Why is the checkout page in CAD?
All orders are processed in CAD. While you can adjust the currency displayed on our site, you will checkout using CAD at the most current exchange rate.
